A regular practice of yoga helps enhance flexibility, strength and coordination, improve energy and vitality, maintain a balanced metabolism, improve cardio and circulatory health and protect from injuries.

Our adult yoga classes are based on Hatha Yoga with Vinyasa influence. Each pose is linked through the breath while at the same time ensuring the integrity of the alignment is maintained.
Each class contains a balance of standing, balancing, twisting, forward and back bending poses. Our adult classes run for 60 minutes and consist of asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing practices) and savasana (relaxation). The aim is to help students apply what they learn on the yoga mat, off the mat.
Our style is suitable for all levels (beginners and intermediate).
