Namaste Yogis can come to your workplace and run regular or once off  yoga classes to help employees relax,  manage stress and anxiety while stretching and strengthening the body in a gentle way. A clear mind also helps improve decision making and can increase productivity.

Namaste Yogis can also run team building activities based on yoga and mindfulness. These sessions are not like your typical adult yoga classes, they are more fun and interactive, borrowing some of the concepts and activities that you would normally see in a family and kids yoga class setting.
